HOT CHICKEN


Here at BT’s we are firm believers in doing things a little bit differently than the rest of the world does. While it is commonplace to brine chicken in buttermilk before frying that is where the similarities end. We add our own special spice blend to the brine and then, after brining overnight, we slow smoke our birds with hickory.

The next step separates us from the pack even more. We realize that not everybody wants to eat fried food, so we offer chicken two different ways, smoked, not fried, with your choice of Nashville Hot Sauce, with heat ranging from none to What the Cluck. And, of course, we also offer our signature hand-breaded and fried version, also with your choice of heat level.

Our sandwiches are also “a bit from the norm.” We take breast meat and leg meat, grind it and combine it 50/50 into a patty, season it and then smoke it. We then serve either smoked or battered and fried in four different sandwiches with your choice of heat level.

By the piece or in a sandwich, smoked or smoked then fried, paired with Baby Back Ribs or one of our other BBQ meats, no heat or “What the Cluck,” you are truly in for a unique experience.
